Today I’d like to talk about your spirit as it relates to singing. Singing is food for the soul. How many times have you heard a song on the radio or you’re at a live show and your heart strings get tugged immediately? The sound of the singer’s voice or the tonal quality, maybe they’re singing in minor chords. Whether you are using your voice to speak, sing, or for presenting information in a focused sustained way will actually help ground your body, build confidence, and increase self esteem. The activity of singing increases ones capacity for self expression.
